Short biography
In my long professional career in national and international companies, I have been involved in business, organizational, and service development. This has been done in both operational and strategic roles. I have had the opportunity to work in exciting and successful energy, ancillary construction, information technology, and automation companies and pack meaningful experiences and competencies into my “rucksack of experience”. I always focus on my customers and provide services with measurable added value. In addition, I am enthusiastic about supporting employees and teams pursuing a common goal.
Education
Two apprenticeships in the technical construction industry laid the foundation for my current knowledge. Higher technical education with a federal diploma and a postgraduate degree in business administration rounded off my education. In addition, continuous training in project management, design thinking, human resources development, sales, marketing, and systems engineering has broadened my horizons in project and business management.
